CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be a 100% cancellation/reschedule fee of the service amount within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. The same occurs for no shows. I do not offer refunds, only tweaks within 7 days. Only ONE reschedule is allowed-beyond that, you will be cancelled and service amount charged. Deposits go towards the service amount but refunds from the deposit is not returned. Due to the relaxing spa atmosphere, children must be near you and supervised at all times with having only inside voices out of respect and privacy for all clients and stylists.
